Cosy room 7 to S-Bahn, 20 min. from airport

The cozy and quiet guest room is on the first floor. It has a 160 cm wide bed with a continuous mattress and own toilet nearby. A common shower room is on the second floor. On request we a parking space in a garage of 159 cm height. We have a lovely puppy. Our household is vegetarian. The kitchen is ready for the preparation of meatless meals. If you wish to stay longer than one week, please contact us. We are looking forward to you! The room is a few minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. The main train station is 25 minutes away by train. The airport can also be reached by S-Bahn in 20 minutes. The motorway is a few minutes away. Despite S-Bahn and motorway close to the house it is quite quiet. Only in the morning you can hear the general atmosphere of departure of the neighbours. This is an ideal resting place to explore Munich, but also to lie in the local recreation area by the lake or to take short trips. We are at your disposal with tips for activities. Our guests move freely in the house and garden. This is a room with a family connection. And if you are looking forward to a playful dog in the evening, you will feel at home. We are Ursula and Klaus and doggie Huginn. We work from home, so we are always there. This is a vegetarian household, which we ask you to consider when using the kitchen. (Huginn is not a vegetarian.) I usually cook vegan, at least vegeterian. The S-Bahn is quickly accessible and runs every 20 minutes in the direction of Munich and Freising. Freising is a quaint Bavarian town with a nice main street for shopping and relaxing. Around Eching there are bathing lakes to enjoy the summer. The cultural program in and around Munich is varied - there is something for every taste. S-Bahn station Eching = 7 minutes walk, S-Bahn S1 takes 25 minutes to Munich, 20 minutes to the airport. Motorway A9, exit Eching. LONG-TERM STAY: Longer stays are also possible on request. For this, a few days or weeks should have been spent with us in advance. For longer stays, the room must be cleaned regularly. We provide fresh bed linen and towels on request after 7 nights. You are responsible for making the bed, cleaning the floor and the small bathroom. If you wish, we can arrange help for you for a fee.
