The full equipped kitchen with 4 ceran cook fields, oven, fridge with freezing compartment, cutlery, flatware and dish washer will help your in your everyday needs. A place to eat and work with two Chairs and a Designer Sofa keep your stay comfortable, even for a long term stay. The spacious modern bathroom incl. laundry washer and dryer is equipped with towels and a hair dryer. In the bedroom is a 1,6m bed with linens and a cabaret. The apartment fits max. 2 people. Besides LED TV with DVB-S channels is highspeed internet via WIFI provided. You enter the basement apartment through a few stairs (not suitable for disabled people).
