La Maison de Lucie & Antoine is perfect for couples, business travelers and families (with children). Enjoy the calm and tranquility of the countryside in our small cottage. Close to a small town (4km) with local shops for everyday life, this charming little house with character will allow you a pleasant stay in Picardy. Composed of two bedrooms with double beds (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor) and a bedroom with a single bed (upstairs), the house accommodates 5 people easily. The ground floor bedroom can be used as a work room with its small office area for business travelers. Spread over 120m2 and 800m2 of garden (including 35m2 of wooden terrace), the house is functional and will allow travelers to spend a pleasant stay with ease. Two bathrooms are available for travelers: a first with shower, washbasin and toilet on the ground floor and a second upstairs with bath 180cm, washbasin and wc. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge, a ceramic hob, a hood, an oven and a microwave. A lot of storage space in the kitchen will make you feel right at home! The kitchen includes a central island for on-the-go breakfasts. The living room is equipped with a 2 personns sofa and waiting a new sofa for 3 personns and a flat screen TV. Finally, a dining area is arranged for family meals. Travelers will have access to all these rooms as well as the garden and its wooden deck. We are at the disposal of the travelers for any useful information concerning the daily life in the village and its surroundings as well as for the various visits and ballades possible in the region. The village has about 260 inhabitants. Very quiet, it offers visitors peaceful life to the green of the Picardy countryside. The house can accommodate up to 4 vehicles in the yard, which is closed by a gate at night. A bus will allow you to Villers le Sec to go to Saint Quentin on Saturday afternoon.
