Beautiful apartment in the attic

Two wonderful apartments right on the old Main-Danube Canal, hiking and biking trails and good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Excellent connections in terms of transport technology: Nuremberg exhibition center 15 minutes, Neumarkt 15 minutes, airport 30 minutes, S-Bahn and bus within walking distance. Apartment on the ground floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed, living room with 2 sofa beds, kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet, private terrace in the garden. Apartment on the top floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 sofa beds, parking space and wheel shed directly at the building. The beautiful and completely newly built two-room apartment is located in the attic of the apartment house. A separate kitchen and separate bathroom are included as well as a bright living room and a spacious bedroom with a double bed (separable to two single beds) and two single beds. Both rooms have HD flat screens with satellite TV. Free high-speed WiFi is available. For a long time we were looking for a nice property for ourselves and our guests. After many visits and some trials and tribulations, we found this idyll and it was love at first sight: a huge garden with old fruit trees, wonderful tiled stoves, a small workshop for handicrafts and carpentry and lots of space for romping, barbecuing and getting together for us and our guests. We have renovated everything with our own hands and prepared it for you and are now looking forward to welcoming you. We? We are the married couple Claudia and Robert Helbig and our little son Fritz. While Robert did the organization around bookings & amp; Co. takes over, Claudia ensures that everything is available for you and has its place. And Fritz? Fritz has set up the smallest supermarket in the world on the ground floor and takes care of the dry throats of our guests in the pocket money sideline. ;-)
