Garden apartment @ 10 Charlemont

Wonderful location. Refurbished self-contained and spacious one bedroom garden apartment with kitchen/diner. Close to local shops, bars and restaurants, the famous Hope Botanical Gardens and the University of the West Indies and hospital. The apartment is completely self contained with its own entrance. Guests also have access to a little outdoor sitting area just outside the apartment and are welcome to access the rest of the garden and roof terrace. The apartment has its own alarm system connected to Jamaica's premier home security firm for complete peace of mind. Please note that the roof terrace, with stunning views of the surrounding hills, is not fully completed and so not suitable for children just yet. The apartment is north facing and shaded from direct sunlight, which together with powerful ceiling fans makes for a cool living space. The apartment itself is fully self-contained. In addition guests have access to the garden and roof terrace (please note the roof terrace is not fully completed but is a great place to sit and relax in the evening and take in views of the surrounding hills). I live on property and there will normally always be someone around and available to offer advice and help as much or as little as wanted. Our neighborhood is considered to be an 'uptown' residential area that is a 2 minute ride from some of Kingston's best restaurants, cafes and bars. We are also close to the beautiful Hope Gardens and Zoo (5 minute walk) and the University of the West Indies . If you fancy a relaxed night in but don't want to cook you can order in from most of the surrounding restaurants including Jamaican, pizza, Chinese, Indian, pitta etc. 2-3 minutes walk away we also have our own little community park with walking track, tennis and badminton court. Just ask if you want to borrow some racquets!! If you hire a car we have secure off road parking. Or we can recommend good local taxi services. Please note that we have two large and friendly family dogs who often get mentioned in guest reviews. For those guests that aren't dog lovers just let us know and we can keep the dogs to the front of the property, away from the apartment.
