The apartment is central to the iconic Spanish City, amusement arcades, fantastic fish & chip restaurants and of course you’re close to ice cream parlours! The local area - the flat is on a pedestrian only street between the Whitley Bay Playhouse and the iconic Spanish City. It is approximately a 10 minute walk to Monkseaton Metro station which allows you access to explore the local area. Food - on Marine Avenue you will find a Coop supermarket which has all the essentials. Fish & chip shops and the famous Di Meos ice cream shop are also on this street. Spanish City has Trenchers, winner of the UKs best fish & chip restaurant 2020 and Valerie’s tearoom. Crab & Waltzer restaurant is located next to Coop. A short walk away is Park View which has been listed in the Guardian’s ‘10 cool shopping districts around the world’. Here you will find microbrewery pub, The Dog & Rabbit, and a bottle shop/tasting room, Nord.
