This listing is for one single room in a quiet Queens neighborhood. *There are two bedrooms available to book. The other bedroom is listed under: Queens home in quiet neighborhood.* Single room is $45 per night. 15 minute drive from JFK airport and close to public transportation to take you into Manhattan (about 45 minutes away). Check in between 5 pm and 10 pm. Check out by 10am. *non-smoking house* House is in residential area in Saint Albans, Queens. It has a front yard and back yard, as well as a balcony. Each bedroom has a single bed, desk, and closet, with access to a shared bathroom. We have no indoor pets, and unfortunately guests' pets are not allowed. Guest will have access to private room, shared bathroom, and shared dining room and living room. My husband and I will be residing in the home as well, and will be available to answer any questions and suggestions about your stay in New York City! Neighborhood is a relatively quiet residential neighborhood. Supermarket, Chinese food restaurant, and other restaurants are 5-10 minutes walk away. Very safe area. Parking is available on the premises. House is walking distance (3-5 minutes) from Q2, Q3, and Q83 buses which connect to E and F trains. House is also walking distance from the LIRR train.
