A very nice newly built room on the lower level in a very nice location. The beltway is one minute away, and DC is 15 minutes away by car. Lots of shopping center walking distance, and public transportation available as well. You'll have access to the kitchen, and the bathroom is shared. Your room is the right corner of the basement. It has a large window designed especially with your safety in mind. The bathroom is shared with one other guest. You'll have access to all shared spaces, including living room, dining room, kitchen, front and back yard, and laundry. Most of my guests tend to be professionals staying for about a month on average.
