The TV area has a nice Leather reclining sofa & chair and the reading area has a lazy boy sofa with pull out bed. To access the Bdrms there is a spiral stairway to the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms. 1 has a king size bed one has a double bed. The 1 Bath is on the main floor level and there is an outdoor shower as well. Internet, Roko TV, board games, books, crib board, cards, cd/music/dvd’s. 10 min drive to grocery store, bank, post office in Crapaud, 15 min drive to town of Cornwall and approx 20 Min drive to Capitol city of Charlottetown or Summerside. Plenty of Restaurants in the area and a local country general grocery store. Very Clean, Comfortable, cozy water view cottage with beautiful sandy beach access steps away. Retirees, families, Professionals. My cottage is a 2 min walk to the lovely safe warm beach. Busy Fishing village of Victoria by the Sea 5 min away. Approx 20 min drive to Capitol city Charlottetown, 10 min drive to grocery store, bank, post office, local eateries. Car needed to go to Charlottetown or Summerside 30 min away. Grocery store 10 mn drive. Walk or bicycle to Victoria by the Sea for shops, restaurants, pub, Chocolate factory, kayaking, sailing, fishing, light house! Best to buy your groceries in Ch’town or Summerside at the Super Store or Sobey’s before you leave the city to head to the cottage or stop in the Town of Cornwall along the way to the cottage it has 2 shopping Plazas with a large Grocery Store, Liquor store, Dollar store, Pharmacy, a Bakery, Tim Hortons, Chinese Restaurant, Sam Restaurant. There is also 10 min from cottage a placed called The Blue (Website hidden by Airbnb) is a good breakfast place & convenience store open 7:30Am-10pm. Also in the Town of Crapaud 10 min west from cottage there is a store, pharmacy, Annas restaurant and Red Roaster Restaurant. Nice clean well maintained cottage, nicely furnished. Now with Heat and AC on both levels, Washer & Dryer & outdoor clothes line to hang dry in sun if desired. Patio Deck, deck Awning , nice patio set, new BBq, clam & Lobster cooker, some bicycles.
