The estate is located in a region famous for its enogastronomic tradition, the park itself is part of the Gavi DOC wine region. A few kilometers away are several golf courses and the famous Serravalle Outlet. For wine lovers, in addition to the Gavi region of which the estate is part, a few miles are the region of the Langhe and Dolcetto di Ovada, with the possibility of visiting the oldest and most famous wineries. The cities of Genoa, Milan and Turin and their respective airports are less than an hour away. The Ligurian Riviera, with Portofino, Camogli, Santa Margherita and the famous "5 Terre" can be reached in a day. The house, recently renovated and beautifully furnished with antiques, has cozy lounges, a large dining room, lounge bar and billiards. Its ten bedrooms can accommodate up to 12 people. The fully equipped kitchen is available (optional chef service is available). The park of over two hectares, full of trees and ancient trees, is equipped with several relaxation areas, a swimming pool and a soccer field. A small secondary building near the pool has cabins, toilets, showers and a second kitchen equipped with a dining room and veranda, ideal for barbecues and outdoor dining.
