Windows give a fascinating view onto mountains and lawns. A small forest nearby. Discrete and convenient location. A charming old house of 1910 on the border of Lower Silesia and Lusatia after a careful restoration. Tastefully arranged interiors, in a gentle way combine simple, contemporary style with tradition, carefully revealing the history of this vast rural household. Modern design and modern facilities combined with the atmosphere of the old house are a great way to oblivion and rest from everyday life. Available exclusively to our guests: TV room with a spacious, comfortable sofa and a library, furthermore a cozy hall located on the first floor - a good place for evening entertainment or... just to stay together. At home: sunny terrace overlooking the well maintained, fenced garden - a playground, lounge around or simply hiding with a book in the shade of 100-year-old ash tree. Available a number of board-games, sports equipment, barbecue with a bonfire. Utmost helpful and discrete landlords on-place, living on the ground-floor. Highly convenient location on the border of Lusatia and Lower Silesia, near the tri-boundaries, thus also filled with many influences of Polish, German and Czech tradition (and food!) as well as countless monuments of the rich history of the region. An excellent starting point for shorter and longer journeys on foot or by bicycle. On the doorstep Świeradów Zdrój and Izerskie Mountains with mild walking area - accessible any time of the year. On-site: lake, meadows, fields, forests ... in one word: a peace of mind. "Mint Hill" is our fifth site in the world - it is easier to discover it with a private transport; directly at the house there are 4 parking spaces for our guests. The non-smoking home.
