The area also offers whitewater rafting, numerous camp sites, and quite a few pristine lakes (all within a 10 minute drive) as well as skiing mountains, proximity of Vienna, Budapest and even Kitesurfing spots ( Neusidler See) as close as 1-2 hours away. Hruba Borsa has 2 local restaurants, 1 cafe, 1 grocery store, free tennis court, free children's playground, a gym, football field, badmington field weekly residents' football matches and a superb community consisting of golf fanatics but also young crowd with children who work and commute daily to Bratislava.
