The American Dream House
This is a newly built 4 bed/2bath home conveniently located in Jacksonville, AR. This is a great place for traveling nurses, those visiting family at the Little Rock Air Force Base, those needing a place near St. Vincent Hospital, or those coming into town for a concert. This is a new 2016 built 4 bedroom home close to highway 67. We are 21 minutes away from downtown Little Rock. The house is fully furnished with smart TV's, sectional sofa, king-sized bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen-sized beds, a twin over full bunk bed, laundry room, and driveway parking. The house is a secured smart home with an easy coded lock access. Living Room The living room contains a sectional sofa and a 55" Smart TV. You can log into your personal Disney+, Netflix, or Hulu accounts. You are also welcome to bring your own streaming devices such as a Roku or Fire Stick. Dining Room There is a dining room table for 6 and a bar area for 2. Master Bedroom The master bedroom contains a king bed, 32" Smart TV, high dresser, Closet, and an attached half bathroom. 2nd Bedroom The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, closet, 32" Smart TV, and high dresser. 3rd Bedroom The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, 32" Smart TV, closet, and a high dresser. 4th bedroom The 4th bedroom has a twin over full bed, 32" Smart TV, closet, and a high dresser. The guest will have full access to the entire home. You will have access to Wi-Fi, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. You are more than welcome to bring your own streaming device or gaming console to hook up to the TVs. We have parking for 2 - 4 cars and a washer and dryer on site. You will find a full kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils. You will also have access to the garage but we do not provide a garage opener. You can open the garage from the inside and pull your vehicle in. We aren't available in person but we do have someone that can be on-site in less than 20 minutes in case of emergency. Please reach out to us in the homeaway app for the fastest response time. This is a quiet older community so absolutely no parties and you can't have over 8 guests. If you do want to have over 8 guests there are additional charges which are $50/night per person. The home was built in 2016. This is a quiet family oriented neighborhood. Downtown Little Rock (21 minutes, 16.6 miles) Downtime Fun At just over 20 minutes away, Downtown Little Rock offers a full range of activities from restaurants to movies, breweries and a distillery, the Traveller's baseball stadium, the Verizon Arena for concerts and shows, the River Market, and tons of other options for your downtime. Little Rock Central High School National Historic Site (24 minutes, 18.2 miles) Little Rock Central High School (LRCHS) is an accredited comprehensive public high school in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States. The school was the site of forced desegregation in 1957 after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that segregation of public schools was unconstitutional three years earlier. This is the site of the Little Rock 9. Pinnacle Mountain State Park (40 minutes, 31.9 miles) Just west of Arkansas’s capital city of Little Rock, Pinnacle Mountain stands as the centerpiece of this geographically diverse state park. This day-use park offers a variety of outdoor adventure on the Big and Little Maumelle Rivers, in the Arkansas Arboretum, and along over 15 miles of trails including 7 miles of challenging mountain bike trails. Hike to the top, explore the rivers, or take in one of the many interpretive programs offered by park staff. Visit the park visitor center, enjoy a picnic, or reserve a pavilion for a larger gathering. Little Rock Zoo (24 minutes, 20.3 miles) The Little Rock Zoo was founded in 1926 and is located in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States. It is home to more than 725 animals representing over 200 species, and covers an area of 33 acres (13 ha). The Arkansas Zoological Foundation is a private 501 c (3) organization that raises funds for zoo development. William J. Clinton Presidential Center (20 minutes, 14.8 miles) The William J. Clinton Presidential Center and Park, located on the banks of the Arkansas River in Little Rock, Arkansas, attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors from around the world to its grounds each year. Opened in 2004, the Center is home to the Little Rock offices of the Clinton Foundation, the William J. Clinton Presidential Library and Museum, and the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service. Big Dam Bridge (27 minutes, 20.2 miles) Originally intended to be called Murray Bridge, the Big Dam Bridge in Arkansas spans the Arkansas River and Murray Lock and Dam between Little Rock and North Little Rock and is open only to pedestrian and bicycle traffic. ... It rises to 90 feet (27 m) over the Arkansas River and 30 feet (9.1 m) over the dam.' Little Rock Air Force Base (12 minutes, 4.7 miles) It is 15 miles north of Little Rock. Little Rock Air Force Base is the home of the 19th Airlift Wing. Two tenant units, the 314th Airlift Wing and the 189th Airlift Wing (Arkansas Air National Guard) report to Air Education and Training Command. Jacksonville is a very small city so Uber rides are fairly cheap. If you have your own vehicle we are really close to the hospital, bars, and a few of the local hiking trails.
