A warm, newly renovated open-plan unit in a safe and secure suburb (Summerstrand). The open-plan living area includes 2 single beds (fresh linen daily), sufficient pillows & towels. Fully furnished kitchen. Heater for those cold evenings. Hairdryer, plenty of hangers, TV (with Open View). Excellent Wi-Fi (Fiber line). Carport (on remote) with safe, secure parking on premises. Near to beach, restaurants, airport, schools and shopping center. Suitable for business and family travelers. Our place is super neat and very comfortable. It near to the PE airport and beautiful beaches. We also have great sites to visit. Hiring a car or uber is your best way of getting around our beautiful city. We are also very close to bus drop off and pick ups. PE is going through water restriction, so please use water sparingly. Drinking water 🚰, Tea 🍵, coffee ☕, milk 🥛, shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided!
