Cute cabin by the sea

This comfortable wooden cabin is situated in beautiful surroundings and makes a perfect vacation spot. It is cosy, modern and best of all, close to the sea and beaches. The main living area of the cabin consists of an open space with combined living/ dining area and kitchen. In one end of the cabin there is a sitting area. On the ground floor there is one bedroom, suitable for two adults. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The cabin has a second floor loft, with low ceiling (160 cm at its highest). The loft consists of one big open space. At one end there are two beds, one single and one double. On the other end there is a 1 bed used as a sofa and TV. The loft is very appreciated among children! The cabin is fully insulated and has extra heating during winter, spring and fall. The bathroom has underfloor heating. There is also a wood burning fireplace. When renting during the winter, spring and fall you will need to keep the fireplace going to keep the temperature up. The total area of the cabin is 50 square meter + the loft. There are two wooden decks, at the front and on the back. Both decks have sitting areas. There are four bicycles included in the rent: One childbike (suitable for a 4-6 year old child) and three bikes for adults. One of the adult bikes has a childrens seat (suitable for children between 9 months to 2 years). One of the adult bikes is a mountain-bike, suitable for a shorter adult of a teenager. Two of the bikes are nice and old, suitable for going to the beach or other nearby places. For children (and adults!) the cabin has a tree swing, and also a hammock. There is a grill for barbecues. Interaction only by mail or messenger. There is a keybox to make the check-in and out flexible. If problems would occur, my family will come and help out :) The cabin lies on the Blekinge coast. It is 200 meters to the sea and a 10 minutes walk to one of Blekinges nicest beaches, Sandviken. The beach has shallow waters and sandy bottom. There are also other beaches close to the cabin, such as those of Torsö and Hällevik. In front of the cabin there is a protected natural area, perfect for long walks. The area consists mainly of summerhouse, it is very calm and safe. The cabin has neighbor cabins at two sides of the property. In front of the cabin there is a gravelled road that leads to the sea. The closest supermarket is a 10 minute drive away. The cabin is situated 10 kilometers from the local town of Sölvesborg. You will need a car since there is no public transport. The cabin has its own parking spot. From Copenhagen Kastrup Airport it is almost a 2 hour drive and there are also a train from the airport to Sölvesborg. GPS N 56.0117, E 14.6148 -The stairs up to the loft are steep. It could be a problem with small children (though there is a grid on the top of the stair). -There is a fence around the property, it means safety for children and dogs! -Bedlinen and towels are not included in the rent. The price is 15 euro per person. -Basic food items as oil, spices and coffee are included! -20 Gb internet is included per week. -In fall, winter and autumn, sometimes mice seek shelter in the walls (as in almost any swedish wooden cabin). If you notice this, we will set up a mouse-trap. I have never seen them inside the cabin tough.
