Welcome to the Racing Capital of the World! Our home is just two blocks from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and a short walk to restaurants and bars located on Main Street in Speedway. Visiting Downtown Indianapolis? No problem..just a short 10 minute drive or Uber. Located near I465 and a 15 minute commute to the Airport. Totally remodeled interior and new furniture. Plenty of parking, large backyard for entertainment.Fully stocked kitchen,Keurig, fans, 5G wifi, comfort beds! Charming bungalow, great location!Two blocks away from Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Close to restaurants and bars. Entire property Available by phone or text. We live in the neighborhood and love the area especially for race events at Indianapolis Motor Speedway or Lucas Oil Raceway. Speedway Indiana is know as the "racing capitol of the world" It is 10 minute drive to events downtown and a 15 minute drive to the airport. The house has parking for up to cars, including a large 1 car garage. It is close to public transportation close to restaurants and bars and IMS museum. Sleeps 4 comfortably, however with pull out sofa sleeper it can accommodate 6 guest. The health and safety of our guest is our top priority. With the worldwide pandemic it is important to note we use a checklist and personally clean and sanitize the entire house after each guest.
