Wake up and smell the fresh sea breeze and walk to some of the best restaurants and groceries stores in town. This fully furnished one bedroom has one queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom through salon style doors. It is equipped with an air conditioner located in the living room and 4 ceiling fans throughout. ~The property has a kitchen with newly purchased full size appliances and everything needed for your cooking needs including microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, pots & pans, dishes, glassware, utensils. ~There is a flat screen TV with Firestick in the living room and IPTV programming provided or enjoy your own personalize services like Netflix or Hulu. It has very good free internet services. ~There is a private veranda with table & chairs to enjoy your favorite beverage or snack. There is a shared bbq grill on the property. ~The home is an indoor smoke-free environment. We invite our guests who smoke to take advantage of the adjacent wide open spaces surrounding the grounds or on the veranda of the condo. If this policy is violated, you will forfeit your deposit. ~Small dogs may be considered on a case by case scenario however additional fees will apply. Enquire regarding the rate per stay before booking. ~Come enjoy tropical sea breezes, brilliant sunrises and radiant sunsets in an uninhibited tantalizing setting. Great location overall for sightseeing, recreation and getting around. ~If you prefer to utilize vehicle services, there is ample parking in front of the condo. ~Taxi services to or from the condo is very easy to arrange. ~Guest have access to the sea (200 feet away) through a public walkway across from the condo. ~Guest have access to popular restaurants and grocery stores within a brisk walk from condo or 5 minutes by vehicle. ~The condo is located within a mile from center of Corozal town were you have access to banking, hospitals, sightseeing, beaches and restaurants. We are also available to assist with planning your vacation stay or transportation. This neighborhood is a fantastic, exclusive quiet residential water view community with sea access to Corozal bay and Corozal town. It’s just minutes away from some of the best dining in Corozal including Corozo Blue’s, El Cielo, June’s Kitchen, and Al’s Cafe. It’s walking distance to One Mall groceries and gas station. Neighbors are seen taking leisurely strolls around the neighborhood and enjoying the company of others. This home is centrally located to town and requires minimum transportation to most destination around town for the young at heart. It is suggested that guests rent a vehicle or travel by taxi if you have limited mobility or health concerns. However, everyone else may enjoy the short walks to all nearby restaurants, groceries, stores or town center. ~This condo is an upstairs unit that requires climbing steps abilities. ~The home is an indoor smoke-free environment. We invite our guests who smoke to take advantage of the adjacent wide open spaces surrounding the grounds or on the veranda of the condo. If it is found that this policy is violated, you will forfeit your deposit. ~We ask that you help us to keep the cost of our rentals down by turning off the air conditioner while you are away from the property. ~There is also iguanas on or around the property. Please do no feed the wildlife. ~The canal located at the rear of the property may contain crocodiles and is not recommended for swimming.
