Charming apartment in a nice Art Nouveau house

The apartment is located in an original Art Nouveau building from 1912, supposedly the most beautiful house in Linz. The high room height conveys a unique feeling of living, a spacious bathtub and a high terrace with a view of a beautiful garden complete the feel-good atmosphere. The equipment is over complete. The apartment is at your own disposal and has a private entrance. Ideal for people who are looking for something special or want to stay longer in Linz. There is absolutely no street noise, the apartment has a cuddly sleeping area with double bed (200x140 cm), a seat and a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. A spacious bathroom with shower, large bathtub and toilet. Therefore, the apartment is espacially suitable for longer stays, alone or in pairs. Bikers can park their bicycles safely in the courtyard. The entire apartment is at your own disposal. There is a private entrance. For easy and time-independent check-in, there is a key box. I leave guests their freedom, but I'm available for questions and concerns. In the immediate vicinity are the music theater, the train station, the Wifi and BFI, Siemens, Linz AG. The city center can be reached on foot or by tram. The best coffee house of Linz, various restaurants, grocery stores, bank, pharmacy, hairdresser etc. are just a few minutes away. The house is located in a limited traffic area, there is free parking around the house. For business travelers, the situation is particularly interesting, because both the highway and the main companies (Voest Alpine, Siemens, Chemical Park, Takeda, SAP and others) can be reached quickly and, above all, traffic jam-free. The train station and the city center are within walking distance, but can be reached faster and easier with the tram, which is not far away. Motorists can park on the street in front of the house free of charge. Bikers can rely on a save place for their bicycles. For every night and person you have to pay the city of Linz 2 Euro tourist tax. These fees are not included in the AirBnB payment and will be collected in cash. I ask for understanding.
