A spacious house (200m2) with terrace and garden awaits you. The living and dining room is 80m2 and offers room for at least 12 people at the dining table. A 75 inch television is available with satellite system for TV and radio. The comfortable leather sofa invites you to enjoy the view of the fireplace and the large TV. The kitchen is equipped with all technical appliances such as dishwasher, microwave, large ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine and enough dishes to make cooking comfortable. The house is very spacious, very bright and offers a lot of space. Especially for people who like to watch TV, the large living room with the big screen is very suitable. A spacious terrace offers shade with an electric awning and a large parasol. Garden furniture is available. In the garden there is also a bricked charcoal grill. The three spacious bedrooms offer plenty of space and privacy. The garden is fenced and has room to move around.The house is very spacious, very bright and offers a lot of space. The nearby forest and other hiking trails invite you to go for a walk. A special attraction is a trolley tour in the 10 minutes reachable village Oberpullendorf. Segway,- E-Bike- and Funcars tours and rides with funcars are offered nearby and bring a lot of fun. Drassmarkt offers numerous events, everybody can be there. The house is situated in a quiet green area at the edge of the Bucklige Welt at the end of the village Drassmarkt near the road on a small hill. Sometimes surrounding farmers can be heard and seen.
