Detached house of 110m² forming part of a traditional Landaise farm; the main farm is on the same land and inhabited by the owners (who will be as discreet as possible). 5x10 pool (with safety shutter) that can occasionally be used by the children of the owners. House completely restored to new, 2 bedrooms double bed (new bedding), 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 toilet, 1 sofa bed (new) in the living room, 1 large living room with open kitchen on a covered terrace and pool terrace with shade sail, Garden with play area: children's hut, trampoline, football goal Fully equipped kitchen: electric oven / microwave oven / multi-function robot / steam cooking / Nespresso coffee machine / dish washer / washing machine BBQ and gas griddle (new) WIRELESS No TV in the cottage Our smoking friends are welcome to do it outdoors, thank you. Sheets provided, beds made on arrival, towels provided. Duvets and blankets available if needed. Pets welcome. Java, female white Swiss Shepherd, walks on the field and will certainly come to greet you. Arrival late afternoon from 17:00. Departure in the morning before 11:00.
