Come stay at my Quiet cozy beachfront 2 bedroom apartment 1 Master Room with Queen Bed and Romantic Jacuzzi Settings and 1 Guest Room that has 1 Queen and and 1 Full Bed. This property is located in good neighborhood walking distance to recently recognized as one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico, Mar Chiquita beach. The apartment also has, Large Kitchen, Spacious living room that includes sofas with TVs with netflix, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, stovetop & full bathroom. The buildings spaces includes Private Gate for everyone's Privacy, Parking Area, Big Spacious backyard, Outdoor Showers to Rinse off after a full day at the Beach, Master Bedroom with A/C and Jacuzzi and Guest Room with A/C. We provide an electronic guidebook with things to do. Also Renting a Car is Recommended we are 45min away from San Juan Airport Gate Access to the property is done manually and parking is done Horizontally. Grass is ok to Park. If Guest has more than 2 Cars Please park back to back to accommodate other Guest Cars. When Im in the property I love socializing and networking. I do travel for work so Im not always here, when I am here Im able to greet guest and socialize for a bit. I also I tend to give my guest their privacy but Im always available to answer any question, recommend spots to go or things to do in the island. Around this beautiful neighborhood you'll be able to find a nearby supermarket called Agranel which includes a bakery and has good breakfast and coffee, a Pizzeria with great wine and beer selection to settle down during the night time, if your looking for fancy place you can go to near restaurant for puerto rican cuisine which has an amazing selection of Dinner cuisine. In this neighborhood you'll also find Our unique landmark Mar Chiquita is awarded as the Best Travel Destination of 2019!! This spot is also good for snorkeling with plenty of hidden caves Depending on the season. Highly recommended to rent a car to move around. Within minutes of driving you'll be able to find Shopping Districts, Fast Foods, Pharmacy's and plenty of other Restaurant and Nightlife Options. Due to Puerto Rico Sensitive Power Grid, There maybe Power outages every so often. There are 3 other nearby beaches Los Tubos de Manati and Vega Baja Beach (Mar Bella) & Poza las Mujeres. Beach Supplies will be provided. Additional charge will be added if Damaged or Lost. (15-50$ Charge) Depending on the Item. Will not be charged for normal ware & tear of daily use. Beach Items Included - Towels - Chairs - Umbrella - Cooler Please Keep Items Clean for the next set it customers Using these items. You will find the Apartment has details of Rust on appliances & other items, Paint details and other things that still need renovation. The apartment is not in perfect condition but e are Currently Renovating on a Month to Month Basis & Any Feedback is always appreciated.
