Lovely summertime in Norway?

Complete house with plenty of space in the countryside, ideal for a family or two; with or without children. You can go fishing and swimming in the fjord, hiking, skiing, visiting the vikingcounty or go for a day trip to Oslo. Lovely view and clean air. The house is a stone's throw from the sea. Sunny with south-facing porches and patios with views beyond Sande bay and fjord. Bathing and fishing from the small marina just below the house . You have access to a private terrace , large garden and summer , you have access to the sea. There is a large open space right nearby. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions. We're keen to help and make sure you have a pleasant stay! Quiet and rural setting . Secluded and surrounded by sea on one side and farmland on the other side . Suitable for children . Ample parking space. Bus and train links to all of Eastern Norway. Excellent for biking. On arrival: - We ask you to check if everything is in place as expected, and let us know if anything is missing or damaged. - Make yourself acquainted with the alarm system so you know how to enable the alarm when you leave the house during your stay. - Make sure you read the safety instructions that is posted in the hallway near the entrance. During the stay: - We expect our guests to take good care of our house during your stay. - Smoking is prohibited in the house. - In case you destroy anything by accident, we expect you to replace or refund us for the cost of what has been destroyed. - Out of consideration for our neighbours, we ask you to avoid any noise after 11:00 PM. Before Check-out on the day of departure: - We ask you to clean the kitchen and start the dish-washer so it is ready for the next guest (Use the supplied dish-washer tablets). - Used towels shall be collected and left on the floor in the bathroom (to the left og the kitchen) on the 1st floor. - Garbage shall be emptied in the containers next to the garage at the parking space. - Furniture and items shall be put back in the place you found them on arrival. - The key to the house shall be delivered in the place that we've agreed.
