Adorable home less than 10 minutes from Clemson University and 5 minutes from Lake Hartwell! Named after Adam’s home state, this room has a full-sized bed and air mattress upon request. Enjoy peaceful mornings and evenings on our private fenced-in back patio. Snacks and some toiletries are provided. We would love to point you in the right direction for local food and entertainment! The private room shares a Jack-and-Jill styled bathroom with our other AirBnB room for rent. You have access to our private back patio whenever you'd like some peace and quiet. We are happy to do whatever we can to make your stay more comfortable! Rented bedroom Shared upstairs bathroom (Jack-and-Jill Style) Kitchen and Laundry Back Patio While the living area and kitchen are accessible to guests, we ask that you would limit your use of these spaces to when we are not using them at the time. If we are not using the space, or will not need to use it, you are welcome to be in these spaces! Our neighborhood is small and quiet with mostly young families and graduate students. We love to walk our dog around the neighborhood and interact with neighbors! The CAT bus route is nearby. This route takes you into campus. Uber and Lyft are also great options. Since we are living onsite, it is possible we might have company over during your stay. You are welcome to join us or to stay in your space, whichever you prefer. We have a recording camera both outside the front door as well as inside the living room.
