Master Bedroom w/bath in a Gorgeous Townhouse

A spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated modern home with an open plan and a welcoming feel right as you walk through the front door. With access to both top levels of the house for yourself, expect to enjoy the open spaces and comforts of home away from home. :) While we'll share the 1st level, your master bedroom and attached bathroom exclusively belongs to you :) Been told by many guests the colors, unique and tasteful decor and space gets you in a cheery mood and keeps up your spirit! :) You have access to the 1st (living) level of the house which includes a half bath, and a well-equipped and updated kitchen, fully furnished living and dining room, and office desk. Your bedroom is located on the 2nd level (my bedroom is also on that level). Your brightly lit large Master Bedroom has its own independent bathroom, Smart TV, Queen bed, Comfy Fulton, and office space, including desk, etc. Facing north-east, you will enjoy the beautiful morning sunshine through those large windows (dark shades also there...when you want to sleep-in). Note: My walkout basement is a separate apartment (also listed on Airbnb.) That unit is completely independent from the house, with its own living, sleeping, cooking and eating space... and neither guests' will interact unless specifically requested by each guest. We're located in the Franklin Glen community which's known for the very safe, clean and quite neighborhood. It hosts a huge pool, tennis courts, parks, hiking, and biking trails...all moments from the home, and accessible to you! For a small community fee, you can also access the benefits of the community pool and tennis courts! As described above, you get access to various additional spaces within the house, including laundry room on the basement level. Additionally please note access to various amenities within the community. The key is available in the lock box, and I also provide you a set of house and your room keys. ( Lockbox code provided by email on the day of arrival by AirBnB) I'm a professional (Image Consultant), friendly, easy to get along with, courteous, and neat! I don't smoke. I am good at inquiring, and/ providing my guests privacy based on their preference of socializing...or not. The guests in the walkout basement apartment (an entirely separate unit with its own entrance and living space) do not interact with the guests upstairs. Neither trespass each other's space, given the separation by a door. There's a slight chance for an encounter in the laundry room (which is in a separate section of the basement)... that too can be avoided through coordination via text, as/ if needed.. As you may have noticed in the various pics, just a stones throw from the front of the house you can access a beautiful path in the woods. You are tad over a mile from a strip mall that includes Starbucks, Italian restaurant, Chipotle, Bonchon Chicken, Zoe's Kitchen. etc. Not much further you can drive to a myriad of restaurants, bars, gyms etc. (Also look for the included pictures of these and other spots at short driving distance.) We're located close to Herndon, Reston, Centreville, Manassas, Chantilly, Vienna, etc., and of course Fairfax! It's off Fairfax County Parkway, and single digit minutes from Hwy's 50 and 66. There is no public transportation, but you're 7 miles from Reston metro and 10 from Vienna metro station. There's an additional charge for pets. I thank you in helping me determine this by providing me as much information as possible. Such as type, breed, weight, caged (you are bringing), declawed, noisy, sheds, shots, etc. Additionally, as mentioned in other spaces, the walkout basement is an independent apartment, that is also listed on Airbnb. The only likely contact you will have with the guest there is by invitation... or chance encounter in the shared laundry room! The top two floors are not accessed by the basement guest.
