The 45 m² large holiday flat is located in a backyard, so that one is well isolated from the city noise. The apartment is an extension, so you don't have to worry about neighbours. In addition there is a double bed 140x200 and a sofa with sleeping function. The city, public transport and the city harbour are within walking distance. As a vacationer you would have no problems to reach the beach in Warnemünde, because it is only 20 minutes away by car.
