Guest Access: *Gym Hours: 6:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Access to people over 15 years old (see house rules). *Swimming Pool Hours: 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 pm. Minors must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them (see house rules). *Adult Lounge - Pool table Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 am. (alcoholic beverages are not allowed. See house rules). *Rooftop Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 pm. from Sunday to Thursday and 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays. It’s the only area in the building where smoking is allowed. The use of the grill is subject to availability and has a cost per reservation (cleaning). There’s also an obligatory deposit which is refundable (see regulations and/or ask your host). You can also get around by: bicycle, taxi, uber or public transport. We do offer parking space in case you need it. Other Things to Note: For security reasons, official identifications of the reservation holder and his companions are required to check in (they can be requested before arrival to speed up the process). * Smoking is not allowed inside the building or the apartment (except for the rooftop). You will be fined if you break this rule. * In case of possible incidents, an extra charge of 300 USD will be applied. * We’re pet friendly, but a $200 deposit may be charged to cover any incidents. Interaction with Guests: Due to the COVID-19, there is no in person check-in. We'll send you all the info about the property and the process of self check-in, as well as the code for the door’s apt and the internet access via message.
