Full kitchen. Master Bedroom. Master Bath with Large Walk in shower. Washer and Dryer in Guesthouse. Large private screened in Porch overlooks the Pond and beautiful Landscaped backyard. Guest house. Screened in Porch. Owners live on Property so available for anything the renter would need. The guesthouse is centrally located between interstates 71, 75 and 275. Close to restaurants, shopping and parks. We are within a couple miles from interstate 71 and 75 and 275. Note: Our driveway is 500Ft uphill so if staying in the winter we would recommend a Awd or 4WD Vehicle in case of snow. Only one car permitted on property per stay due to limited parking.
