The room is located upstairs in the 1st floor. It has a separate entrance, separate bathroom, balcony and a nice view, and is comfortably furnished. The house is located in a very quiet area with easy parking facilities. Winter road maint! We offer a double room (26 qm) with balcony and bathroom for rent in the 1st floor of our family house (upstairs, with separate entrance). Furnished with double bed, wardrobe, corner sofa, table, chair and TV. The bathroom is located on the same floor opposite the room. We serve continental breakfast with fresh bread / rolls, butter, jam, sausage, cheese, yoghurt, egg (on request), coffee, tea and/or milk. The kitchen cannot be used by the guests, but we try to fulfil individual wishes. Breakfast is served in the dining area of our living room. Towels are changed daily, beddings change is dependent on the duration of the rental. On request and for an additional charge, which is to be paid directly, we also offer a shuttle service to the fair ground. Price for the room is indicated per person and per night. Our house is easily accessible by public transport. Distance to Nuremberg Exhibition Centre about 12 km, 10km by bus line No. 54, 2 km by underground. Travel time about 30 minutes. Distance to Nuremberg Central Station about 13 km. Recommended bus line is No. 54, local train „S-Bahn“ from station Fischbach. Travel time about 20 minutes. Direct connection to airport (Bus line No. 54, subway). Travel time about 45 minutes. The district Nuremberg-Brunn has a village character with a lot of single-family homes. It is surrounded by forest and meadows and has a magnificient view into the distance when the weather is fine. It is a very quiet place to live.
