We are peaceful, happy, no drama household, no drugs or drinking too, and we are looking for people who are same ♥️ THIS ROOM IS FOR 1 GUEST / FEMALE ONLY ✅The room is good for short/ long stay, great for traveling nurses , doctors or professionals. House is in a quiet neighborhood , close to lots of hospitals and in the center of everything. ***Freedom, no cur-phew, but we request Quietness all the time to make everyone comfortable & happy! *** The house is shared so pls no friend or visitor coming, pls meet up your friends at other places! *** Driveway parking for all guests - 1 car per room- Pls never street parking to avoid tickets. *** KEYLESS doors- you will have your private codes for in/ out. *** Laundry is available and free. *** We dont share kitchen due to Covid 19, but You can cook at the backyard, we have a cooktop & mini sink there . ( not a full kitchen) ✅ Ants & mosquitoes : in California ants & mosquitoes frequently show up . We treat the house regularly however we dont want to overuse the treatment chemicals, as we live in the same house with kids. We accept nature. If you have any issues with them in your room or bathroom etc, please let us know for help. Close the doors when in//out, leave all food/sweet drink in your fridge, clean after eating… are tips to avoid them. 🏡This fully furnished room would comfort all guests when staying here. *** A queen-size bed & high quality mattress *** Mini microwave, mini fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and cups are available in your room *** Enough furniture for your stay, with working desk, chairs, Tv cabinet , lamp, and big screen TV *** Full Bathroom with provided bath towels and shampoo/ bath gel for guests- only share with the next room (1 guest). Total only 2 people for this bathroom. ❌ Pls note we have security cameras at front yard, backyard, hallway in the house and in the shared living room as well. The neighborhood is an amazing urban residence area and has highly developed infrastructure. 1. Driving 3 mins to San Diego freeway 2. Driving 30 mins to Disney Land & Knott Merry Farm. 3. Driving 15 mins to John Wayne Airport & Long Beach Airport & 50 mins to LAX airport. 4. Driving 15 mins to the gorgeous Huntington Beach (Surf City) & Anaheim Convention Center 5. Driving 10 mins to Bella Terra shopping-mall & Miles Square Park 6. Driving 10 mins to Phuoc Loc Tho, which is the center of the biggest Vietnamese community with shopping malls & authentic Vietnamese cuisine & fine restaurants. 1/ This is HOME SHARE. Pls help to keep QUIET anytime. 2/ We do not recommend our home for guests who find a place for hanging out, drinking, chatting and make noise in the night time. 3/ DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE NEIGHBORS’ HOUSES. Pls park in our driveway, on the lawns, or in front of our house only. 4/ There is street cleaning on the first and third Thursday of every month, between 10am to 2:30pm. Please make sure your car is on our driveway when the time comes to avoid being ticketed! 5/ We offer wifi for text/ call , (Hidden by Airbnb) , and watching TV/ Youtube only. We don’t recommend our wifi for online conference or professional working. Thank you
