Family 5 acre farm. Quiet modest custom country home, outstanding views of the Grand Mesa and Mt Garfields rocky Bookcliffs. 420 & ALL SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY! 1 room shared bath in in rural area, chickens & friendly cats 2 miles from downtown of Palisade, grocery, bars, service stations. A short walk to the Colorado River front trail and wineries. Free Coffee in the morning in the shared Kitchen. I am a Mom, but last one at home is 19 and lives with his friends on the property. My room mate is a male retired State trooper. Your room comes with your own heat thermostat a mini fridge/freezer, TV (antenna) and dedicated parking end of deck outside your room. Home is 5 acre hay farm and landscaping is in progress. The front driveway is circular gravel with zero scape against house. You have access to shared bath, kitchen, cooking, laundry area and living room. Use of condiments and spices for cooking but no food or drinks beyond coffee/tea supplied in morning. I usually have baked goods/ cookies out and your welcome to them as well. I'm at home most of the time, Our schedule runs from 630am to 10 pm most days. Coffee will be ready to go just push the button. the home sits back 200 feet from the road and is a Very quiet safe area. Homes are on 2-10 acres on average. Many people walk and ride bikes by the house and there is also a Horse drawn wagon that takes people on tours that passes by the home. The GVT bus comes by on Highway 6 not sure how close it stops. There are plenty of cab companies or Uber Lyft drivers for those of you needing transportation. I'm new to this and I'll appreciate your suggestions and comments on this property. The Home is new BUT the history is every bit as interesting, probably more so than a old home. If we have time I'll tell you about it.
