Homely place by the beach

Charming house 50 meters from beautiful beach with fine sand. Seaview from the house. Older house with spacious social areas (both living room and dining room). Set in Torsö, a picturesque old fishing village. Great for relaxing at the beach, fishing, sailing, biking, enjoying nature (fine beech woods in the area) or relaxing with family or friends. Minimum stay: 2 days, contact me if you want a shorter stay. Large yard with one main house with 3 bedrooms ( one on the ground floor with a double bed renovated 2016 and two on the top floor with two beads each, one renovated 2018 and one of simpler standard) and a bed sofa for two in the living room and one small simple cottage with one bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 people (another cottage, older, worn and of very simple standard, with two more beds is included upon agreement). There is also an extra mattress and a fold out bed if you need it. You will have access to the main house and one cottage, the other cottage is available upon special agreement (it will not be used by anyone else when you are there). You have the large yard with with seating areas for your own use. There are possibilities to use an outdoor grill and bicycles. You have the whole house and yard by yourself. I am generally accessible via SMS/the AirBnB app/telephone. Located in östra Torsö, in Listerlandet, a peninsula in the western part of Blekinge. The area is quiet and beautiful with nice sand beaches, beech woods and pastural landscapes. Many natural reserves in the area. Great for all kinds of outdoor activities: walking, fishing, swimming, running, cycling (both on and off road). Also less than 8 km to Sölvesborg golfclub. Close to the area Österlen in Skåne. Easy to access by car. If you don't have a car it's easiest to take the train to Sölvesborg (about 2 hours from Copenhagen and Kastrup Copenhagen international airport) . From Sölvesborg station it's about 10 km, taxi from Sölvesborg to Torsö (and Torso to Sölvesborg) is avalible at reduced price (approx: 34 SEK/adult, 20 SEK/child, only at 8-18) if you book in advance at Blekingetrafiken (Öppen Närtrafik). Nearest airports are Ronneby Airport (65 km) and Kristianstad Österlen Airport (55 km). Please read house rules before booking. Quiet neighbourhood so please no parties. You have to bring your own bedlinen and towels, these are not provided. Pillows and blankets/duvets are of course provided. Cleaning is done by guests before leaving. Remember to pick up some groceries before you arrive. This can either be done in Sölvesborg, the city centre, or in Mjällby, the closest village and the closest grocery store, about 7 km away from the house.
