This is a rare chance to book an entire historic StadtVilla for up to 12 guests! The Villa Busdorf was built in the 18th century on the medieval fortress wall of the city. It has been lovingly restored and furnished ** Perfect for memorable gatherings ** Only a short walk to the city centre, supermarkets, boutiques, cafes and public transport. We look forward to sharing our home with you! THE HOUSE is furnished with contemporary and heirloom furnishings, Art and objects collected from our travels. It is bright and spacious with wooden floors and high ceilings. Well built with natural materials and lovingly restored, it is warm in winter and cool in summer. Inside are three levels, each one is divided into self-contained apartments. There are 3 bathrooms and 3 fully equipped kitchens located on each level, each with ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, crockery, utensils and tableware. Each floor also has its own living and dining area and bathroom. WE PROVIDE you with fresh bed linen and soft towels; essentials like soap, toilet paper, garbage bags; extras like coffee and tea. Internet access is free. The house has a large garden that you are welcome to use. The maple tree rooted to the stone wall and hawthorn hedge are uniques features of the garden. Bicycles can be stored in the basement. Should you need anything, simply contact us! PADERBORN is one of the most charming cities in North Rhine-Westphalia. Endowed with Romanesque, Gothic and Renaissance Architecture, cobblestone streets and meandering canals, Paderborn delights visitors with it’s quaint authenticity and urban style. Founded by the Holy Roman Emperor Charlemagne in 795, this remarkable city has been a favourite amongst rulers, popes, bishops and saints for more than 1200 years. Beneath the city are freshwater reservoirs that flow to the surface through a network of streams, lakes and springs all around the city.
