Located in an old building and recently renovated, this adjoining gîte with a year-round house will seduce you by its modern decoration combined with the charm of wood and stone. It is composed on the ground floor of a living room with dining area, lounge area with flat screen TV and WIFI, equipped kitchen area (4 gas hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment), a bedroom (1 bed 140), a bathroom (Italian shower), a separate toilet. Upstairs, a small attic bedroom (1 bed 140), a relaxation area with sofa bed (possibility of an extra bed for one person) on the landing served by a passageway. Outside, a parking space is reserved for you and a private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and sun loungers opens onto a private enclosed garden of approximately 350m². For your comfort, charges are included in the price (water, electricity, gas, heating out of season) and sheets, towels and house linen are provided. On request, baby equipment can be made available (cot and high chair). For everyone's comfort, we thank you for smoking outside the house. Treatment rate: January to March + Nov at € 980 - April to June € 990 - Sept € 1070 - Oct: € 1020 The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 gas bottle per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
