Private Room w/ Private Restroom Near UC Riverside

Room in a quiet neighborhood near UC Riverside, the Moreno Valley mall/outlets, Perris Lake, San Diego, Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Big Bear, Huntington Beach, Mexico (1.30 hr), Ontario, CA Airport. Everything except the master bedroom and garage, since I live in the house. Our home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a back patio. We are offering to rent 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of our house, since my husband and I will be occupying the master bedroom. However, you are welcome to use all common areas (i.e. kitchen, dining room, living room, t.v., laundry room, etc). You'll have a reserved space in the refrigerator for you to place your food. I will give you directions for supermarkets that are located near my place where you can buy your groceries and laundry soap. *NOTE*. All Food and laundry soap are not included in your stay here. Location, location, location! It is a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. There are eating and drinking establishments within 1/2 mile (2 minutes driving) and we are also 1/2 mile away from the Moreno Valley Mall: (Website hidden by Airbnb) We have driveway parking available for one car, but there is plenty of street parking as well. Walking is great here, and if you venture onto the sidewalks, there are nice views of the mountains. We also have an easy drive to San Bernardino Mountains (45 miles away), a golf course (10 miles away) and Recreational Trails for pedestrians, bicyclists, and of course equestrians (10 miles away). We are close to the following cities that all tourists want and must visit: Los Angeles - 1 hr (no traffic) Big Bear - 1.5 hr Palm Springs - 40 mins Malibu Beach - 1 hr 40 mins San Diego - 1 hr 10 mins Perris Lake - 18 mins Huntington Beach - 1 hr 17 mins Tijuana, Mexico - 1 hr 50 mins We are also conveniently located 15-20 minutes away from the Ontario International Airport. We have a small dog, but Toby is friendly with our guests.
