The two-family wooden house is quietly situated close to the Riddagshausen countryside conservation area with beautiful jogging, hiking & biking trails. In the room is a high-quality bed 1.40m x 2.00m; A new fully-equipped kitchenette, record player, high-speed Internet and many 70s accessories. The large windows offer a beautiful view into the green with great sunsets and lead to the own large roof terrace with garden furnitures. The city center and university can be reached in 10 minutes by bicycle (available) or by near-by tram. Parking is available directly in front of the house on the quiet residential street. You will have access to your own terrace, washing machine in the basement. Wi-Fi is available, but not for viewing or downloading material and movies from illegal platforms. In the hallway is a microwave with over for all. Since we live in the same house we are happy to help or give advice for sights, restaurants. There is a bike available most of the time. We speak english, german and spanish Supermarket, pharmacy and bank are within walking distance. Braunschweig's most popular jogging route and the most beautiful walks through the lakes of Riddagshausen starts 50 m away. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area (Zone 30) and you can look out from all windows into the green. Beautiful public large swimming pool with indoor and outdoor pools and sauna only 600m away. 5 minutes walk to a tram and bus stop, direct tram takes 10 minutes into center of the town, 5 minutes to university. 7 minutes walk to a small train station "Gliesmarode Bahnhof"- from there 6 minutes to main station.
