Little guest house-perfect location

We offer a romantic little guest house in our park like 3000 m² garden just for you with sauna, very nicely finished and a sheltered and open terrace. The house is perfectly located very close to Magdeburg with perfect public transport access. The train station with direct access to Berlin, Leipzig, Wittenberg, Hannover, Braunschweig is only 5 minutes away. To reach the center is 7 minutes by car, trains and busses are leaving about every 30 minutes. If you plan a relaxed start of your business trip, your studies at the university of Magdeburg or a relaxing time, e.g. biking the Elberadweg or just visit this historic part of Germany our garden house is a good option. It is very nicely located on our 3000 square meter garden. No problem to park a car or to access multiple public transport systems easily. The house has a combined living and kitchen room. A sauna and a bathroom on the ground floor. Please keep in mind the stair to the gallery and the bedroom is somewhat steep. On the gallery are two 90x200 cm single beds and one “standard” double bed (160 x200 cm) is in the first floor bedroom. You are accessing the bedroom via the gallery. Nevertheless we furnished the house completely for 4 persons. The following video is not professional but it shows the house: (URL HIDDEN) The house is perfect for 2 – and we are NOT INTERESTET in long term rentals over the summer like three or four months. Long term rentals over the winter are ok. The house is heated by a wood pellet heater with warm air channels to every room and an additional floor heater at the bathroom, You have your own house just for you! The garden is shared with the villa. We do have a friendly dog – born April 2018 – living in the garden sometimes as well. But there is plenty of space for all of us. From the house you can see us in the kitchen, at the terrace or in the garden. We moved here in 1997 so we can give some tips what to see and how to get there. The access the University or the city center of Magdeburg it takes 15 to 20 minutes by bike. Trains are leaving every 20 minutes in 5 minutes working distance. Busses to Magdeburg are leaving close by every 30 minutes. Both with busses or trains it is less than 5 to 10 minutes to Magdeburg center. To reach the city limit, the Fachhochschule, the BUGA fair area or the Elberadweg it is between 15 and 30 minutes of working distance. Biederitz is located a lot closer than many areas of Magdeburg to the city center. Parking a car is easy, there is planty of space on the dead end road. We do have one Golden Retriever – born end of April 2018. He is friendly to anybody but he is often in the garden. If you leave your door open, he might visit the house. So this is nothing for persons being afraid of dogs.
