At the heart of the preserved cove of Méjean, between the hill overlooked by the legendary little train of the Blue Coast and the crystal clear sea populated by many fish, at the end of a narrow road which crosses the different valleys of Ensuès-la-Redonne , a family ground shelters comfortable sheds where the 3 generations meet happily. The 6-person Duplex Cottage is made up of the "Traversant" and the "4e ciel", two of the 4 lodgings available for rental. Fully equipped and refurbished, the "sheds" have large private terraces under the pines. Private parking is available (for 1 vehicle). The cove is reserved for access in season: a pass will be issued to you. The cottages "Le Traversant" and "Le 4e ciel" together constitute a house on 2 floors, with external stairs to access from one to the other. IDEAL FOR A GROUP OF FRIENDS OR FAMILIES because these two lodgings have the advantage of being independent, each lodge benefiting from its kitchen and its bathroom / wc. The "Traversant", on the ground floor, consists of a living room including a pull-out sofa bed forming a very comfortable bed in 160, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, induction hob, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, dining table and a small office area. This room gives, by a large picture window, on a terrace benefiting from a panoramic view on the hill, its pines and its agaves. A bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 cm that can be put together as a double bed, and a bathroom / wc, complete the gîte. An outdoor gas plancha is available. The gîte "le 4ème ciel", upstairs, is a studio with a 160 cm bed that can be separated into two 80 cm beds. The large living room includes the bed, a sofa, a wardrobe / closet, a dining table, a desk area and an equipped kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, combined microwave oven, Italian coffee maker. A bathroom / wc completes this studio. This charming studio enjoys a breathtaking view of the hill, pines, and agaves. The land being terraced, you have to take stairs to access it and reach each gîte. The cabins are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. A respectful use of the gîte and its environment is required, as well as respect for the neighborhood. No parties or "parties". The sheets and towels provided, as well as the end of stay cleaning costs are included in the total rental price. The cottage is located close to the port of Petit Méjean and the pebble beach. You will also have access to the port of Grand Méjean, the starting point of the Sentiers des Douaniers, overlooking the coastline and giving access to paradisiacal coves, including that of l'Erevine; depending on the season, you can enjoy the leisure activities of the sea, and / or hike in the pine forests, discover the neighboring towns, the breathtaking panoramas from the top of the stone viaducts by taking the famous little train of the centenary line between Marseille and Miramas. Méjean is one of the must-see sites on the Blue Coast for scuba diving aficionados (falling renowned). You can fish for rock fish from the cove and / or buy fresh fish from the Méjean fishermen directly at the Grand Méjean. You can also rent kayaks and boats in the nearby creeks for nature and sports vacations. Village of Ensuès-la-Redonne 4.5 km where you will find Bakery, tobacco, press, pharmacy, supermarket, fishmonger, producer of the famous Rove bushes.
