If your profile is empty and you have no reviews it is important to me that you provide a bit of information about yourself and partner. I will need your partner/ guest name for house insurance purposes, thank you. Please abide by the rules of your booking “no parties” and your over 21. I have provided a lovely place for you to stay whilst your here in Jersey for whatever reason. Happy to answer any questions. Read my reviews and come and enjoy Jersey. My property is contactless, meaning it’s ‘key coded’ the code will be sent nearer your booking dates. The front door is reached via steps therefore not wheelchair friendly. There are patio doors leading from the bedroom to garden. In the sunken garden there is an outdoor table and chairs for you to enjoy your first cold drink and a Bbq, i will not be responsible for any injury caused by you using the BBq, please clean after using. The Annexe is a smoke free home, the apt is furnished with a washing machine pegs and washing line. I provide a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide monitor in The Annexe. Booking Availability would be on a minimum 2 x night stay. Your stay will be in a comfortable compact and bijou cottage with king size bed no foot plate, which has a separate shower room and comfortable sitting room with T.v/Netflix and fast Wifi speed. Maps and information of activities are provided should you want to know whats events are taking place during your stay. Please note… Virgin mb does not work in Jersey you will need to contact your provider. If you want to pay for parking etc with the app it won’t work for you. You will also have your own personal parking space at the top of the garden NEXT TO the 1st garage on your left, please look out for the sign saying "Annexe" parking, 24hr access required, on the side wall of the garage, thats "YOUR SPACE" please do not park in any other bay other than that one as they belong to someone else, then look across and see The Annexe written on driftwood on the gate, thats the entrance to The Annexe. The Annexe accommodates 2 x people. (Please note : Not an extra person on the settee as bedding, towels etc are not provided). You should consider a hire car as no public transport runs past my home, alternatively there are Evie bikes with a motor to assist you. Please note a sit on seat high chair and travel cot is supplied on request, but no other equipment is provided. This Annexe is not disable friendly. Down the hill about a 30 min walk there are buses every 15 minutes into to St Helier, which is 20 mins away via transport. At the bus stop you will find The Goose our local Randalls pub which serves good food. Across the road is the beach. Beach side kiosks handy for having drinks/brunch. All the buses go to the North, East and West of the island from The Goose. I am 10 minutes away from the airport although not too noisy, but then the island is only 9x5 so there is aircraft noise everywhere. I'm always available on my mb should you require recommendations for resturants etc, but also want you to have your privacy and enjoy Jersey. Country location, small hamlet of 6 houses, a car is more desirable unless your a walker, St Aubin is walk-able from my home around 40 mins going via the Esplanade, its a small Harbour village with cafes, restaurants and local Pubs. Famous for the Old Court House (Bergerac days) and the Mark Jordan Michellin star resturant is close by. There is also Cheffins in the Beaumont Inn which is a great resturant for special occasions also at the bottom of the hill. There is The Goose pub for bar meals and Randall’s Ale. The beach is 30 mins away on foot from the Annexe and 5 mins in the car. I am not on a public transport route so a hire car or bikes are handy. I have left a bus time table in the apt, 9, 15, 12A 14, 22x - you can buy a romaing card which works out cheaper. They all run along the bottom road every 15 min to St Helier or St Aubin. Taxi are expensive, to town which is 15 mins away by car and with an increase later in the evening. Handy to have a torch on your phone as we have minimal street lights in many places in Jersey. Happy to assist where i can, just ask. I have left a flask in the room should you want to take a hot drink out with you. You can use Uk cash here in Jersey, but be warned you will be given change in Jersey money (we still have £1 notes) which isnt acceptable back in the Uk. Parking is free after 5pm and on a sunday everywhere unless the Information board in parking lot says different. Bank holidays are free too. Get the NEW parking app " paybyphone" - jersey which you can download prior to your arrival and is useable in most of the car parks around the island. If sending Postcards to Uk or Europe you will need a Uk Jersey stamp or a european stamp for Europe destinations, your stamps from Uk wont work here. Its dark at night around the Annexe lane, a torch is advisable. It’s quiet, we dont have street lights, and is tucked away from the top lane. A hire car gives you more flexibility around the island as i dont live on a bus route but you may be a cyclist and enjoy the country lanes, your bikes are safe in the sunken garden left overnight. Virgin phones don’t work here so maybe contact your provider prior to a visit.
