Comfort 3-room apartment by the wood 🌲

Modern well kept 3-room apartment (52 m2). The apartment is located on the 5th floor with a great view to the forest from the south and facing the courtyard from the North. Windows are facing a parking lot and a children' playground right in front of the house. Main bedroom and kitchen are at the North side, the rest are at the South. Sunlit in the afternoon. There's no elevator in the house Stores, market and a bus stop in 5 min walk distance. If you like calm and and uncrowded beaches, stay here :) If you want some action, you can always go to Majori where lots of people and entertainment (15 min drive) The kitchen have everything needed for the cooking. Also there's a drinking water, tea, coffee, cereals, sugar, salt, spices, olive oil. As a compliment I leave a bar of a local dark chocolate and a bottle of fine red wine :) There are two double beds: 1 bed is king-size,1 bed is collapsible (but without a gap in the middle :)) with orthopedic mattress bought in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Clean bed linen, towels, umbrellas 100 mbps internet + Wi-Fi If you're traveling with children, there's a baby's bed 120*60cm and a feeding chair available to use There's a booklet with detailed information about the apartment and surrounding. Everything important and necessary is very close and convenient )) In 5 minutes walk you can reach public transport, bazaar, supermarket. Bars and cafes in 5-7 minutes distance. Walking to the sea is 15 minutes Also, I recommend visiting nature sightseeing Kemeri Swamp tracks (you can check (Hidden by Airbnb) images). It's about 20 min drive from your stay A bus coming for the Center of Riga and Jurmala approaches almost directly by the house. It's a 15 min ride to reach Mayori (main promenade of Jurmala) and 40 min till the center of Riga.
