We are located along what is known as Gabriola's "Magic Mile", a scenic road which has a reputation for some of the most beautiful shoreline in BC and world-class sunset. House is sited on the oceanfront with a spectacular panoramic ocean view, facing the famous "Entrance Island Lighthouse". Gabriola's iconic sunset beach (also famous for storm or whale watching) is just next door (LITERALLY it's on your doorstep!). Self-contained oceanfront house with a spectacular view of the beautiful Georgia Strait and coastal mountains. It is on its own sunny & bright half-acre waterfront property facing "Entrance Island Lighthouse". The open floor plan is designed for entertaining and included a full kitchen and bathroom with a washer and dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed with antique furniture and the living room has a sofa bed. Watch the sunset from your deck and view all kinds of marine wildlife including whales, seals, and sea lions from the front yard. The sunrise is also right from your front yard or from the living room. Gabriola's most beautiful beach is just next door, perfect for an afternoon swim or post-dinner stroll. The cottage is on its own separate half-acre lot (21,000 sq ft size) with its own front yard to the sandstone beach access from the front yard. The host's house is on the neighboring lot. There is no fence between the two lots. And there is a shared driveway. You are guaranteed that (1) the door is open, (2) there is someone to check you in 24 hours a day, and (3) there is always someone to help you. We live in the next lot. We are here to help you if needed. Berry Point area is the most desirable place to live and visit in Gabriola. When you visit here you definitely will understand the reason. Although Gabriola's most famous beach is sitting just a stone's throw away from us this neighborhood has an incredibly peaceful setting as we are at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. You can be an excited tourist and a minute later you find yourself tucked away from all of that and enjoy your quiet time.
