The romantic old stone mill from the 19th century was converted into a luxury holiday villa just recently in 2010 and is equipped with all the latest amenities, including air conditioning (cool/warm) in all the rooms. It has three floors and 150m² of living space, with a living and dining room flooded with daylight and an integrated, open kitchen, as well as four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The authentic stone walls, wooden ceiling beams and terracotta flooring enhance the rustic atmosphere on the ground floor, which has the living room with a comfortable sofa and a wide armchair, a coffee table, a digital flatscreen TV with cable and satellite channels and a USB port, a DVD and CD player, a stereo system and a solid wood dining table with eight matching chairs. The open fireplace built into the wall provides a cosy atmosphere and pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. The fully-equipped, modern, built-in kitchen in a country style is equipped with all the latest appliances, including a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Wide wooden stairs lead up to the first floor, where you will find two of the four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Further stairs lead to the second floor with the other two bedrooms and the third bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, while the fourth has a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm. All the bedrooms have bedside tables with reading lamps, wardrobes with plenty of storage space for your clothing and luggage, and a flatscreen TV. One of the bedrooms on the top floor also provides direct access to a sunny balcony with lounge furniture, affording an extensive panoramic view of the green, mountainous landscape. The generous, daylight bathrooms have spacious shower cubicles, washbasins with wall mirrors and toilets. A washing machine, a cot and a highchair are available, as well as plenty of firewood for the living room fireplace. The reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa can be used free of charge. Big glass doors in the living room open directly onto the roofed terrace and the private 25m² pool with plenty of sun loungers around it. Right next to it there is the traditional stone grill, inviting you to enjoy leisurely meals under a starry sky. A river runs right along the foot of the lush, green garden of 5000m² and invites you to go fishing or to cool off. A car is recommended during your stay. There are plenty of secure parking spaces right in front of the villa. The villa is about 4km from the centre of the historical locality of Buzet with a range of shops, colourful markets and a good range of cafés and restaurants.
