Your own private bedroom, living room and bathroom/toilet, which are part of a bigger house. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and very near the city center of Eindhoven and Strijp S. We live near a beautiful park where you can walk along the water and relax. You can easily reach the house from the highway, Eindhoven airport or by train. Private bedroom, livingroom and your own bathroom. The house is very near the Centre, Strijp-S, PSV Stadion, University, ASML, High Tech Campus, Airport (10 minutes drive) You will have your own clustered private bedroom, living room and bathroom with bath and separate shower. Towels and sheets included. Private key to enter the house and garage for bicycle parking. On request bike available. You can use the kitchen, washing machine and dryer also. Free parking on premises. Additional to the Airbnb cost we have to charge local tourist tax, which is €3,50 per night. This can be payed cash upon leaving or by additional invoice by Airbnb. We personally welcome you and can advice about the city. We are a working couple, our adult children left home. Towels and bed linen are provided. You can make use of the free WiFi. In the livingroom you have your own Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. The rooms are not-smoking and pets are not allowed. Within 10 minutes walk you will be in " Strijp S" the industrial hip area with many lunchrooms and restaurants. This old factory terrain is the new creative and cultural heart of the city. The "de Kleine Berg" is just 15 minutes walk, you find many nice restaurants, bars and boutique shops. Airport Eindhoven: 10 minutes by car. Direct bus connection to NS railway station.
