Come and stay in our New York-style apartment (one of our four apartments) located in a beautiful area close to Gjern hills. Plenty of space for comfort and long walks. 10 minutes from Silkeborg townsquare and 40 minutes from Aarhus city center. The apartment is 90 m2 , so there is room to relax. The sleeping accommodations are: - 1 good queen sized sofa beds - A queen size bed in the Master bedroom + 2 beds (200*90m) - 2 beds (200*90 m) in other bedroom Bed linen and towels are supplied free of charge. The apartment is hypoallergenic with Genvex. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom: - Hairdryer - Ironing board and iron - Washer / Dryer There's a home Cinema with surround sound, with a DVD player, WiFi, CD player and TV. The apartment is ideal for family gatherings or a trip with friends. There is room for 30 people, but there is only room for 12 overnight. If our other 2 apartments are vacant, there is room for a total of 26 sleeping guests. On ground floor is a Café which can be rented separately. Silkeborg and the surrounding area is known for: - Beautiful scenery. - Good opportunities for recreational fishing - Culinary delights - Music events. Best known is the Riverboat Jazz Festival, Silkeborg. - Museums We live in another house which is next to the house with the holiday apartments in. Therefore, it is rare that we see our guests and cater only if guests are interested in contact. Our guests should experience the beautiful scenery. 2 km from us is the possibility of public bus to Silkeborg, Aarhus and Randers.
