The new and lovingly renovated group seminar house Chia di Mütt offers space for 8 - 12 people. A hiking trail leads from the village of Spruga up to the house in 45 minutes and offers a wonderful view over the wild and romantic Onsernone valley and the surrounding mountains. There are 4 bedrooms with 9 beds (5 single and 2 double beds) and the possibility of placing additional mattresses in the group room. 3 bedrooms have direct access to the covered balcony. The cozy, well-equipped kitchen with a large dining table, corner bench and a large fireplace looks inviting. From the kitchen-cum-living room you can directly access the garden. The large roof group room (approx. 50m2) with separate toilet, balcony and exit to the garden is suitable as a seminar room (e.g. for lessons, yoga, constellations ...) and also as a mass storage facility. On the ground floor are the cloakroom, 2 toilets, 3 showers and a double sink. The Rustico Sognett and the group house Chia di Mütt are right next to each other and can also be rented together. In the short term, the house can also be rented only partially, prices by arrangement. Wonderful hikes start on the doorstep, pure nature all around. Magnificent flower meadows, larch, beech and birch forests, Alps, Salei mountain lake, Bagni di Craveggia, swimming by the river in the valley. Rest and relaxation are guaranteed.
