Private, Cozy-Quiet Retreat...Entire Place

Our place is great for a couples weekend or solo adventurers getaway; an antique, boutique or thrift store enthusiast; for sporting events, ice fishing or golf tournaments. Walking distance to several great restaurants & bars, parks, lakes & great shops. Guests love that our place is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood amongst a balanced mixture of homes, businesses and industry all within walking distance. In August 2020 we installed a new Central Heat & AC unit. There is a sound machine available with several settings for the perfect white noise effect. If you are traveling as a family and need a pack n' play let me know & I will have one available for you. Queen bed mattress, bed frame and pillows new June 2021. Guests have access to our entire place with the exception of a storage closet. WASHER & DRYER are NOT for guest use. There are lovely, soft blankets for your use if you want to just curl up and enjoy your stay. There is a fan outside of the bedroom & on the bedroom closet shelf. An iron and ironing board are located in the bedroom closet. The kitchen has a coffee maker and a single cup brewer with a variety of coffee choices, cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, paper towels, oil, spices & salt and pepper available. We provide hand and dish soap, shower gel, shampoo or conditioner. We prefer to give our guests the space they desire, we are always available by phone, text or message through the app. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a church next door and a balanced mixture of homes, businesses and industry all within walking distance. Parking is available in front of the building, along the side street or in parking lot in back of building. Photos are included for your convenience to show you where you can park in our parking lot. Our place is only available for use to those who are listed on the reservation itinerary. Hosting or allowing others to be entertained for a family or friends gathering is prohibited.
