CasaBlanca Keflavík 2nd floor Apartment

Our second floor apartment. Our goal is that everything is clean, safe and comfortable for our guests. The location is excellent. Peaceful street, but still we are in the town center within walking distance to everything. And very close to the airport (7 min driving)! There is a spacious parking lot at the back side of the house, access from Hafnargata. My apartment is 75m2 with two bedrooms; one with two single beds and another with a queen size bed, living room, bathroom and kitchen. In the kitchen there is all you might need for easy cooking and what you find in the kitchen you can use as you like. Our house is quite old, built in 1942 with wooden floors and therefore not completely soundproof. For that reason I ask guests to take into consideration to be reasonably quiet after 11pm and not to wear shoes inside. Thank you. The apartment is on a second floor there is no elevator. Guests have the whole floor just for them self. Outside we have a key box so our guests can self-check in very easily. . There is a keybox outside the door so self check-in is easy. But me Steinthora and my family is ready to assist you with all you need to know. If you whish to see the Volcano and the new lava we recommend a minimum of 2-3 nights as the weather and visibility is unstable. Mean while there is a lot to see and explore in our area, we highly recommend the local swimming pool for all, specially families with children. Very popular among the locals, a true SPA for a low price. And a free coffee! :) My apartment is very well located in Keflavík. With in walking distance to all you need: Supermarket Iceland open 24/7 90 meters Fast food Restaurants 90 meters Hotel/Restaurant 100 meters Souvenir Shop 100 meters Thai Restaurant 240 meters Hospital 130 meters Pharmacy 280/350 meters Pub/Disco 260 meters Cinema 270 meters From us you can walk in the center. Transport to and from the airport is best by car/taxi. Airport is only 5-7 minutes away. Blue lagoon is 20 minutes away and Reykjavík capital is 35 minutes away. Most guesthouses in Keflavík are aimed to be close to the airport and not in the center. We combine both. Located in the older part of town, we are in a quiet street but still in the center!
