Tastefully decorated holiday home (our 'forest house''); located in a non-commercial holidaypark with shared swimmingpool on the edge overlooking the valley. In 2015 completely renovated while preserving the rural character and well equipped. Ideal for a holiday in the hills in summer or winter. A spacious house of 90 m2 on 3 floors. On the ground floor living room with high-speed Wi-Fi, a modern kitchen equipped with all amenities, a large dining table, comfortable sofa and armchairs and an enclosed wood stove. The 1st floor has a second bedroom (with box spring) , bathroom ( with shower , toilet and sink) and mezzanine lounge area with TV . On the top floor is a spacious bedroom with two 1 - beds. Guests have access to the entire house The house is located on a non-commercial holidayparc. You will be welcomed by Dutch people that live at the property. In this part of Alsace you will find woods, fresh air and tranquility, but if you want to have a day out there is plenty to do! A day Strasbourg, a wildlife park where you walk through between the wild, a big and a small amusement park, a water park and several golf courses. Furthermore you can enjoy dinner in the nearby restaurants to taste the specialties from Alsace. This place is very difficult to reach by public transport . Own ( rental) car is also recommended . During the high season (27 April - 6 May and 13 July - 2 September) the house can only be rented for full consecutive weeks from Friday to Friday. In addition to the rental amount, the tenant will pay a fee on the spot for electricity (according to consumption) calculated at a rate of € 0.18 pKwh.
