Immaculate clean, great for 1 or 2 guests. Less than 2 mi to New Hamburg Train Station, public transit, walk to village for restaurants and more. Quiet neighborhood, house is directly across from historic Catholic Church. Quiet, family oriented home. Enjoy your stay in the quaint village, close to major Route 9 Shopping (Malls, Restaurants, Entertainment Galore) and Historical Sites. Welcome meeting new people and sharing tips on the area. Free WIFI and basic cable. For guests staying 2+ nights washer and dryer avail. Free coffee and tea, you are welcome to use the fridge or microwave and eat in the kitchen (no cooking). Pleasant neighborhood to stroll around in. On Public Bus Route, 2 miles to New Hamburg Train Station. April 2 to Nov 30, street parking is available on Clinton St, Dec 1 to April 1 driveway parking is available. Access to house using Smartlock Code on the front door. Uber and cab companies readily available, house is 1 block from bus stop and just 2 miles from Hamburg Train Station. Professional respectful 48 year old guy, I share the house with roommate David. I am divorced with children (they don't live with me). We love our home and enjoy having company. Friendly, welcoming, easy going, very clean, don't drink or smoke. I love to cook and usually have snacks or deserts or other goodies available. I enjoy meeting new people, and am always available either in person or call. I also speak conversational Spanish (that means if you don't speak too fast I can understand and carry on a conversation, lol). Short walk to village of Wappingers Falls which has large park, community theater, numerous bars and restaurants, Walgreens, Deli, Gas Station, etc. Tons of shopping, restaurants, movie theatres, theatrical venues, colleges, farms, hiking and historic sites within minutes drive (many walkable within 1 mile). COSM is just 2.8mi away, about a 7 minute drive. Poughkeepsie loop bus available, just 2 miles to New Hamburg Train Station, cab services available. Short .5 mile (1/2 Mile) walk to center of Village with many restaurants, wine bar, theater, small shops, library, park, etc. Maximum 2 guests only, please do not ask for additional people Only the 2 confirmed guests are allowed in the home.
