There is a courtyard to the front of the holiday home; to the rear are large, mainly lawned, fully enclosed gardens with an outdoor swimming pool (9 x 3.8 x 0.9-1.75 m), and patio area with built-in barbecue. A short walk across the fields (approximately 300 m) will lead you to the private fishing lake. The famous writers village of Montmoreau where you will find all facilities, and a public swimming pool is approximately 4km. The château of Villebois and the busy market town of Ribérac are all within 20km. For the more adventurous take a day trip to Bordeaux and the Atlantic Ocean. Make sure to visit the beautiful village of Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, one of the most beautiful in France, only 12km away from the house.
