Ground floor of a house (57 m2): - living room, sleeping room, kitchen, bathroom, separate entrance, garden - fully equipped Location: - near Autobahn A92, 500m from Exit 3 - by car: to Airport 15 min, to Munich Messe 25 min, to train S-Bahn 5 min - by public transport: S-Bahn S1 to Munich center 30 min, to Airport 25 min. - Walking distance to S-Bahn train station 20 min or 10 min with our bicycles. - The ground floor (57 m2) is for you. Upstairs is an office with a separate outside entrance. Internet-TV, Internet-Radio, home trainer, 4 bicycles (1 children´s), water heater, coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine, dish washer. - Internet 400/200 Mbit Wifi - Bedroom: double bed (1,6 x 2,0m) - Living room: the sofa is convertible into an additional bed for two people (1,4 x 2,0m). - Kitchen: when you arrive, toast, butter, jam, eggs, tea, coffee are in the fridge for you. - Garden: is for you. You can use the pavilion and the grill. Or play badminton or table-tennis. There is a small creek. - The house has a separate entrance. - You can arrive at any time. The key will be in the door. - We will have some breakfast items (bread, butter, eggs, coffee, tea, milk) in the refrigerator ready for you. - There is a folder with information about the house, maps and tips about what to do in Munich. - If anything is missing or you would like to have some information about Munich and Bavaria, please tell me. I live in the neighbouring house, 2. floor, Hans - Many restaurants and supermarkets in Unterschleißheim-Lohhof, reachable by car in 5 min, by bicycle in 10 min. - Restaurants: german, italian, chinese, indian, croatian, greek (all with special lunch deals) - Unterschleißheim Lake is 10 min away by bicycle or a 20 min walk. - Castle Oberschleißheim is 10 min away by car or 25 min by bicycle. Direct connection to the house from the airport by car via A92 (15 min) or by train S-Bahn S1 (25 min) or from the center of Munich by S-Bahn S1 (30 min) - Car: The Autobahn A92, Exit 3, is 500 m away from the house. Parking is in front of the house. - S-Bahn: The S-Bahn station LOHHOF of the S1 is reachable in 5 min by car, 10 min by bicycle or 20 min by foot. It circulates every 20 min. Distances by train: 30 min to Marienplatz (Munich center), 25 min to main train station. 25 min to Oktoberfest (station Hackerbrücke) 25 min to Airport (same by car) 25 min by car to Messe München (33 km). Bicycles: We have 4 bicycles (1 kid´s) If you let us know early, we will probably be able to pick you up from the train station, S-Bahn S1 at LOHHOF station.
